Moral courage is is someone that stands up for what they believe in and does not care about what the circumstances may be. When you show moral courage you are willing to stand up for something even if it meant risking your safety, reputation, comfort. It is the ability to challenge your terrors and risks.
Why Moral Courage has been important in human history/everyday human life
Moral courage has been important in human history and everyday life. In history people fought for what they believed in. Civil Rights is a fantastic example. There were many African Americans risking there lives for equality. Today, we have an African American running this country. People have made a remarkable change. If people would not have showed moral courage and stood up for what they believed in, the way people treat other people and citizen’s rights would be completely different.
